How long will my order take to ship?

Domestic orders should reach within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. International orders may take up to 6-10 weeks upon order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally (outside of Singapore)?

Yes we do! However, do note that shipping duration and costs will vary with each country / area. 

How will my order be shipped?

We are using Singapore Post for our shipping purposes at the moment. For domestic shipping (within Singapore), your order will be shipped via SMARTPac. For shipping overseas, your orders will be shipped via Registered Air Mail to facilitate tracking. 

Where can I track my order?

As all our orders are currently shipped via Singapore Post, you can track your order via the Singapore Post website with your assigned tracking number (will be sent to you via email provided with your order).
